The Pri Filetu Kozina tourist farm is located in the immediate vicinity of Kozina with a view of the sea. In the barn they have pigs, sheep, chickens, Mickey the cat and Tais the dog. Most of the guests come for the Lipizzaner (noble white horses) that they keep here.
We run beginner riding lessons and day trips to the Skocjan Caves, Lipica, Socerb Castle and much more.

DOMESTIC PRODUCTION
The Jelušičevs grow all their vegetables, pork, cured meat products at home, they cook excellent jota, sauerkraut, baked polenta with mushrooms, potatoes with crackers, apple or cherry rolls.
We are also known for two excellent spirits with geographical protection, which we produce: Karški brinjevec and Brkinski slivovec.
Karst juniper
Karst brinjevec is a unique product on a global scale. It is produced by distilling exclusively juniper berries and is therefore significantly different from gin, genever, borivka, juniper and other drinks that are only flavored with juniper. In 2003, in the process of protection of origin, even the official post is a completely independent and independent drink.
In the area between Karst, Pivška dolina and Čičaria, brinjevec has been extracted for more than 200 years, ever since the time of the Illyrian provinces, when Napoleon's soldiers set fire to the distillation cauldron in this place. Juniper berries are collected by pounding from the end of summer until the first frost. As many as 17 kg of strawberries are needed for one liter of this unique drink, which is considered extremely healing in traditional medicine for stomach and digestive problems. Several weeks of fermentation of crushed juniper berries are followed by double distillation, and its by-product is medicinal juniper oil. Karški brinjevec achieves its harmonious aroma only after six months of ripening, and its taste improves even more over the years.
Brinski plum tree
It is produced by distilling fermented mash from indigenous varieties of čespelj, grown and processed in the geographical area of Brkinov. Due to the characteristic technology and the use of different indigenous varieties of plums, the Brkinski plum tree has specific sensory properties, which are manifested in a recognizable flower with a pleasant smell and taste.
TURISTIČNA KMETIJA PRI FILETU KOZINA
V neposredni bližini Kozine z razgledom na morje stoji turistična kmetija Pri Filetu Kozina. V hlevu imajo prašiče, ovce, kokoši, mačka Mikija in psa Tajsa. Večina gostov pa pride zaradi lipicancev (plemenitih belih konjev), ki jih premorejo tu.
Izvajamo začetne tečaje jahanja in enodnevne izlete do škocijanskih jam, v Lipico, na grad Socerb in veliko več.

DOMAČA PROIZVODNJA
Jelušičevi doma pridelajo vso zelenjavo, svinjsko meso, suhomesne izdelke, skuhajo odlično joto, kislo zelje, pečeno polento z gobami, krompir z ocvirki, jabolčni ali češnjev zavitek.
Znani smo tudi po dveh odličnih žganjih z geografsko zaščito ki jih proizvajamo to sta Kraški brinjevec in Brkinski slivovec.
Kraški brinjevec
Kraški brinjevec je edinstven proizvod v svetovnem merilu. Nastane z destiliranjem izključno brinovih jagod in se s tem bistveno razlikuje od gina, geneverja, borovičke, klekovače in drugih pijač, ki so z brinjem le aromatizirane. Leta 2003 je v postopku zaščite porekla tudi uradno postal povsem samostojna in samosvoja pijača.
Na območju med Krasom, Pivško dolino in Čičarijo se brinjevec pridobiva že več kot 200 let, vse od časa Ilirskih provinc, ko so Napoleonovi vojaki v te kraje zanesli destilacijski kotel. Brinove jagode se s tolčenjem nabira od konca poletja do prvih pozeb. Za liter te edinstvene pijače, ki v tradicionalni medicini velja za izjemno zdravilno pri želodčnih in prebavnih težavah, je potrebnih kar 17 kg jagod. Večtedenski fermentaciji strtih brinovih jagod sledi dvakratna destilacija, njen stranski produkt je zdravilno brinovo olje. Harmonično aromo doseže Kraški brinjevec šele po šestmesečnem zorencu, z leti pa se njegov okus še izboljšuje.
Brinski slivovec
Proizveden je z destilacijo fermentirane drozge iz avtohtonih sort češpelj, pridelanih in predelanih na geografskem območju Brkinov. Zaradi značilne tehnologije in uporabe različnih avtohtonih sort češpelj ima Brkinski slivovec specifične senzorične lastnosti, ki se kažejo v prepoznavni cvetici prijetnega vonja in okusa.
